A parabola is a U-shaped curved line that is defined by a quadratic equation. Two parabolas, each composed of 51 matte black aluminum tubes, cross at midpoint. The end of each tube is uniquely cut at the precise angle of the tangent to the parabolic curve at that point. The length of each tube is defined by the quadratic equation y = 0.02 x*x + 9. Math is beautiful.
